I visited on saturday evening with a group of friends and was served by the lovely Amber (I believe that is her name!) She was amazing, her service was the cherry on top of the cake giving us the most wonderful experience. Food was lovely, Drinks were lovely, Staff was lovely! Cannot complain
I've worked in hospitality for many years. Really liked it here. Food was great - best kebab in Eastbourne by a mile. Open kitchen was cool to see and also spotlessly clean. Service was actually fun and great banter from the waiter. It was actually entertaining with all the birthday songs going on and the staff that actually wanted to be there. Great venue will go back again soon
Wonderful restaurant! Went to the Drag bottomless brunch. I've been on a few bottomless brunches and let me tell you it really is bottomless! Constantly topping your glass up to the point I had to cover my glass and say I'd had enough! Food was delicious, service was impeccable and the atmosphere was extremely fun! If you are in Eastbourne (I live here) please consider for a night out! Highly reccomend!

Visited Dem Shish last night to celebrate a birthday and it’s safe to say they did not disappoint! The food was absolutely gorgeous and you can tell it was made with heart and cooked perfectly, the cocktails were also some of the best in Eastbourne. Service was excellent, both waitresses and the owner himself made sure everything was okay, and the Celebration cake did not disappoint with the sparkles, music change and everyone joining in to celebrate!!! Overall I would recommend to anyone wanting to go on a date, celebrate a birthday or an overall night out, 10/10
Literally not one bad thing to say about this place! Me and my boyfriend went out for dinner on valentines and we had the best night ever! Service was so great, food was sooo nice!! Prices were reasonable. They had a singer there and a complementary glass of Prosecco! Absolutely loved it, definitely recommend going! Great place great atmosphere. Drinks were very nice as well we had cocktails.
We asked for a take away from this restaurant that doesn’t normally do takeaways as we just finished the South Downs Way, then had to catch a train. They staff could have done more for us, giving us our meal to eat on the go and not miss our train back. Fantastic food, attentive staff and great end to a long day that started in Falmer.
It was a Monday night, and the restaurant was pretty busy. The service was great very efficient. The restaurant even given us flat bread with dips without charge as we waited for the starters and mains. It was a long wait as expected as it was busy. The food was well presented unfortunately mine and my friends' chicken shish was only slightly warm by the time it came to the table. But overall, it was lovely food. Being a Monday, they had live music entertainment. plus 20%off the bill.
